I'm a Citizen and I'm New to PermitTree.

If you're a citizen and this is your first time visiting PermitTree, welcome! To get started, you'll need to register as a user of PermitTree before you will be able to file any applications.

To register, just click here or you can click the Register link located at the top right of this page. When registering, make sure you select a user name, password and security question that is meaningful to you - as the user name and password is what you will use when you return to PermitTree to sign in.
